Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every roll-off dumpster rental booked through FL Coast Hauling. Please give them a read before booking — call or text us at (321) 209-2386 if anything here needs clarifying.

Rental Period & Duration

Each rental includes the length shown for your tier — Weekend Special (3 days), Standard (1 week), or Extended (3 weeks). Need more time? Call or text us — extensions are available for an additional daily rate.

Delivery & Site Access

We’ll deliver and pick up on the dates you provide at booking. Please make sure the delivery area is clear, level, and reachable by truck — if our driver can’t safely access the site for a scheduled delivery or pickup, a trip charge of $150 may apply.

What Can Go In the Dumpster

Most household junk, construction debris, furniture, and yard waste are accepted. Tires, batteries, paint, oil, and other hazardous materials are not — prohibited items found in a load may result in additional disposal fees. Not sure about something? Ask us before you book.

Weight Limits & Overage Fees

Each rental includes a 3-ton weight allowance. Loads over that are billed at $75 per ton over. If you’re not sure your project will stay within limit, tell us what you’re hauling and we’ll help you pick the right size.

Permits

No permit is needed if the dumpster stays on your private property. If it needs to sit in the street or right-of-way, your city may require one — getting that permit is the customer’s responsibility unless we’ve arranged otherwise in advance.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking, via the invoice we send to your email — payable by card or ACH bank transfer.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Need to cancel or reschedule? Call or text us as soon as you can. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are not charged (placeholder — confirm exact policy); later changes may be subject to a trip charge if a truck is already en route.

Liability

You’re responsible for any damage to the rental unit beyond normal wear, and for confirming that dumpster placement doesn’t violate any HOA rule or local ordinance. FL Coast Hauling is not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, or underground utilities that weren’t marked or disclosed to us before delivery.
